H1B Visa  - the primary US Work Visa for professionals & students from all over the world or in the USA, who work in specialty occupations. Valid up to 6 years, dual intent visa (can apply for Green Card)

H2B Visa - temporary visa for short term ‘Seasonal’ work such as in the hospitality and tourist industries

Requirement Received
  • Via email
  • Over Phone
If received over email
§ Checkif a proper Requisition form is received, if not create a Requisition form(preferably use the abridged form).
§ Allocatejob order sequence #.
§ Ifthe Requisition form is prepared send it for review to ensure all details arecorrect.

If over the Phone
§ Createa Requisition form (preferably use the abridged form).
§ Allocatejob order sequence #.
§ Ifthe Requisition form is prepared send it for review to ensure all details arecorrect.

Allocation of Task
  • Review work load of the recruiter.
  • Allocate new job orders to recruiters. Also give a copy of job requisition form to the recruiter.
  • Update “Job Allocation Report” (which has recruiter’s name) and file a copy for personal records.
Search Phase
  • Ask recruiter to identify the keywords or if required, fine tune the search parameters.
Recruiters Hand Book
Thiswould be a separate and detailed booklet which will not only document theprocess but also serve as a start up guide for new recruiters. This will be found in Recruiter Handbook.

Reviewing SelectedProfiles
  • Recruiters will upload profiles and requisition form in a common folder.
  • Review selected profiles of each recruiter.
  • Provide feedback (if any) to the recruiter.
  • Update the submission list (for that job order)
  • Review the documents required for the submission.

§ Ratesare close to the rates specified by the client.
§ Candidateshould be either located near the clients’ location or is willing to work at clients’location.

Requirements:
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience working with Tibco
  • 3+ years’ experience in designing, coding, unit testing and/or maintaining complex software programs.
  • 2+ years’ experience with TIBCO Integration software including Business Works (5.9 or higher), Adapters (ADB/FILE/FTP) (6.0 or higher), EMS (5.1 or higher).
  • Experience with TIBCO BusinessEvents 4.0 or higher is a Plus
  • Strong working experience of Publish-Subscribe EMS and SOAP/RESTful web services.
  • Strong working experience in writing XSLTs.
  • Knowledge about LDAP structures, authentication/Authorization mechanisms.
  • Strong working experience with SSL certificates, X509 token etc.
  • Strong working experience with transformations with complex XML schemas.
  • Strong working experience with TIBCO BW pallets like File, JMS/EMS, SOAP, Service, Policy and WSDL.
  • Strong working experience in implementing security features using TIBCO BW including web service security.
  • Strong knowledge in troubleshooting issues also issue resolutions.
  • Experience with deployment of Tibco applications in UNIX and LINUX environments.
  • Experience with the SDLC or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience developing complex integrations using Business Works and EMS.
  • Experience monitoring TIBCO infrastructure (Hawk).
  • Experience using TIBCO Administrator.
  • Must be capable of working independently to pursue solutions and problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can perform independently and design, code, test, debug and document tibco integrations
  • Proactively meet/discuss with designers to get consensus on design related issues.
