-          eCommerce Application Experience a Must
-         Minimum of 10 years Experience
-          Should have worked in Agile Model
-          Communication should be very good as interaction is required at all levels
-          Good analytical skills a must, resource should be able to talk, answer and question upfront in the meetings and scrums
-          Resource is expected to be a SME in the area and has to take accountability of actions

-          Knowledge of SQL and QTP an added benefit
