Position: Sr Force.com Developer Duration: 1 Year Location : Richmond, VA Job Description: Force.com Developer & Apex Test Class Writer  Description:  Corporate Solutions Information Technology Team is seeking a Sr Force.com Developer that will be responsible for leading the architecture and implementation decisions for a large portfolio of Force.com applications. Responsibilities The Sr Salesforce Developer will Be responsible for successfully designing and managing the integration of cloud based solutions and technologies. It further includes responsibility for integrations, extensions, features and designing solutions using the technologies like salesforce.com, and force.com (API, APEX & Visual Force)  Lead the development of a road map for the management of test classes and recommend strategies for ensuring full coverage of Apex test classes across multiple projects in the same ecosystem.  Maintain a high degree of understanding of the various components of the cloud-computing ecosystem and must maintain professional knowledge and relationships with the Salesforce.com ecosystem  Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and directly with business to architect technology solutions to document and organizing UAT testing.  Have ownership of the solution from end to end, and will be responsible for translating functional requirements into a set of test scripts.  Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 7+ years experience in developing technology solutions 4+ years experience in the delivery of business consulting and systems development  3+ years of solution design experience with Force.com custom applications Completed at least 2 full Force.com implementations that includes Data integrations and 3rd party apps  Preferred Qualifications: Be a Salesforce.com Certified Developer Financial Services experience preferred  Extraordinary customer facing skills -  Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems  Agile Experience
