Below are the skill set what we are looking for, 

* Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, their by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
* Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services should be able to work with vendors and generate new vendors.
* Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales. Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities

Title: OPT/CPT Recruiter

Positions: 5

Experience : Min 1-3 years (In OPT/CPT Recruiting)

Location : Hyderabad

Qualification : Any graduate

Below are the skill set what we are looking for,
* Need to have a expertise experience in OPT/CPT recruiting.
* Need to have experience in bringing H1 transfers, EAD's, GC's & Citizens on bench.
* Good working knowledge on Bench sales and recruiting is a plus.
